The changing of the seasons is underway, signified by the warm, golden colors adopted by the leaves as they rustle in the autumn winds and float to the ground. The oncoming winter will be arriving soon, so let’s celebrate with an official send-off to the summer season at the annual Fall Festival. Both weekends will be jam packed with fun-filled activities for the entire family! Feast your taste buds, eyes, and other senses with dozens of local food, beverage, and craft vendors highlighting the unique culture native to the Catskills & Hudson Valley. Live music will float through the cool air all day, and the sights will be truly one-of-a-kind with a fall foliage-filled Scenic Gondola Ride. The kids will be thoroughly entertained with fun lawn games, arts & craft activities such as decorate a pumpkin, and more! As always, it will be a fantastic two weekends, and we look forward to seeing you on the mountain for our official pre-winter get together.

Vendors Saturday and Sunday:
Dozens of local craft vendors will be displaying their goods including paintings, photography, hand crafted jewelry, handmade dolls, clothing & accessories and much more.

Scenic Gondola Ride Saturday and Sunday (last ride up is at 4:45pm last ride down is 5pm):
Take the sky ride to the summit of Belleayre for breathtaking views of the Catskill Mountains and the changing colors of the leaves.

Witches Along the Hudson – (performances 10/10 & 10/11 – 11:30am and 3pm)
Back for their fourth year, the Witches Along the Hudson return to the Discovery Lodge
with their dancing troupe of witches bringing along dance, joy and laughter!

NYSEF Ski Swap (Oct. 3 & 4)
The New York Ski Educational Foundation (NYSEF) is hosting their annual ski swap on the Mezzanine level of the Discovery Lodge, during the first weekend of the Fall Festival! Donated-item proceeds support NYSEF Belleayre, and NYSEF receives 25% of sold consignment items to support their annual fundraising goals!

Ulster County Sheriff’s K9 Unit Meet & Greet and Demo:
The Ulster County Sheriff’s office will be represented at the Fall Festival with members of their K9 squad for friendly meet & greets, and demonstrations!

Food Truck Village:
Get an authentic taste of the Catskills and Hudson Valley regions with local food trucks and an array of local vendors, offering an exciting blend of flavors and products that cater to all tastes and interests.

Job Fair:
Stop off at the Belleayre Booth to find employment or volunteer opportunities that is right for you.
